The initial deposit required to secure your booking is non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment from both parties and helps cover any preliminary costs incurred. However, if you need to reschedule your booking, the deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. This provides flexibility while maintaining the non-refundable nature of the deposit.
If you need to cancel your order, you may be eligible for a partial refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. To qualify for a partial refund, the full payment for the order must have been completed. This policy allows us to manage our schedule and resources effectively, while still offering some level of reimbursement for early cancellations.
Cancellations made after the 6-day mark will incur a full charge. This means that if you cancel 6 days or less before the scheduled date, you will be required to pay the full price of the order. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations make it difficult to reallocate resources and can result in lost opportunities to serve other clients.
